Mooze Booze Refund Policy

We will refund or supply a replacement in the following cases

  1. You decide to cancel your order.  See Below..
  2. You want to return the Product unopened with the seal intact within 14 days of purchase. Read More..

Cancelled Orders

You have a legal right to change your mind about your Order and receive a Refund. These rights can be found in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The right to change your mind (Cancel the Order) applies from the time you place your order until 14 days after delivery of the Product – this is called the “Cooling Off Period”.

If you change your mind and want to cancel the order any time during the Cooling Off Period then, you must give us written notice of cancellation by email to [email protected] and the contract will end immediately and the following will apply:

  • If the Product has not already been dispatched, a full Refund will be issued to you.
  • If the Product has been dispatched, we have a legal right to retain the amount by which any enhanced delivery costs paid by you exceed standard delivery costs; (this only applies if the Product has already been dispatched to you)
  • You must pay the cost of returning the Products to us if the products have already been dispatched to you.
  • You must return the Products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you informed us of your decision to cancel your order. The return address is  Mooze Booze, Pressplay Limited, Unit 7, Zone A, Chelmsford Road Industrial estate, Chelmsford Road, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1HD.

Your rights as a consumer to change your mind will be invalid if the Product (the bottle of Mooze) has been opened or unsealed.

If you exercise your right to cancel, we will inspect the Product when it is returned to us and provide you with the Refund once we have verified that it has not been opened or unsealed.

To end the contract with us in the circumstances permitted by these terms, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

Return Product

The bottle of Mooze can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase as long as the bottle is not opened and the seal is intact.  It must be returned in its original packaging.

If you intend to return the product then you must first email us at emailing us at [email protected] Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

The cost of the return postage in this circumstance is your responsibility.  If the bottle is damaged in transit back to us it will be your responsibility to take this up with your chosen postal service and Mooze will not be responsible for this.

Damaged Products

If the goods turn up to you damaged please let us know immediately by email at [email protected] we may request that you send pictures of the issue to enable us to take it up with the carrier.

In these cases we will either issue you with a full refund or replace the item at our cost.

Undeliverable Items

If the address supplied does not exist or it cannot be reached and the goods are returned to us from the carrier, we will email the buyer to notify them of the issue and arrange for full refund minus the postal charges.

Late Returns

For any item that is returned back to for any reason we ask that they get to us within 30 days.

If we do not receive the items within 30 days you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and will be charged for them accordingly.
