Ingredients 

50ml Mooze
100ml ml Slimline Tonic
Tsp of Fresh Lime Juice
Wedge of Lime
2 Raspberries

Method

Put ice cubes in a glass, pour over 50ml of Mooze and 100ml of Tonic, add the fresh lime juice, wedge of lime and top off with 2 raspberries delicious! 
TIP: if you do not want to water down the tipple, try making ice cubes with the Tonic!!

MOOZE FIZZ

Ingredients 

50ml Mooze
25ml lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
Sparkling water
Lemon Zest Strip

Method

Pour Mooze, Lemon juice and Sugar Syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill up with ice cubes.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold then strain into a tall glass filled with more ice and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon .

MOOZE  COLLINS

Ingredients 

50ml Mooze
25ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar Syrup
125ml Soda Water
Slice of Lemon
1 Morello Cherry

Method

Put ice cubes in a glass, pour over 50ml of Mooze add 25ml of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup.  Finally add 125ml of chilled soda water.  Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon and 1 morello cherry.

MOOZE GRONI

Ingredients 

25ml Mooze
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Campari

Slice of Orange

Method

Pour 25ml of Mooze, 25ml of Sweet Vermouth and 25ml of Campari into  a  cocktail shaker and fill up with ice cubes.
Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold then strain into a tall glass filled with more ice and top up with slice of orange – delicious! .

DIRTY MOOZINI

Ingredients 

3-4 pitted Olives
10ml Olive Brine
75ml Mooze
12ml Dry Vermouth

Method

Chill your glass before preparation. Thread the Olives onto two cocktail sticks and set aside.
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in Mooze, Vermouth and Olive Brine. Taste to make sure it is cold and delicious.
Garnish with the olive skewers.

JUG of ELDERFLOWER & CUCUMBER MOOZINI

Ingredients 

10cm chunk of Cucumber
100ml Elderflower Cordial
100ml Mooze
Sprig of Mint
1L Slim Line Tonic Water

Method

Peel strips from the piece of Cucumber and put aside. Grate the Cucumber chunk into a sieve set over a bowl and press down on it with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.
Add the Elderflower cordial and Mooze to the cucumber juice with the strips of cucumber around the inside of the glass and add ice and of course the Mint. Top up with a quarter of the bottle of tonic water to serve.
